Promotional Periods: GST Back Offer: Valid on purchases of new BMW G 310 R or BMW G 310 GS completed between 1 December 2025 and 31 December 2025 (inclusive). Prize Draw: All new BMW motorcycles purchased from 1 December 2025 to 31 March 2026 (inclusive) qualify for one entry into the draw to win a BMW G 310 R. 3. Eligibility: NZ residents aged 18+ purchasing a new eligible motorcycle from an authorised BMW Motorrad NZ dealer. Fleet and rental purchases may be excluded at the Promoter’s discretion. 4. GST Back Offer Details: Applies to purchases of new BMW G 310 R or G 310 GS only. “GST back” is provided as a credit equal to the GST component (15%) of the purchase price (excluding on-road costs), applied by the dealer at point of sale or rebated within 14 business days of delivery. Offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other dealer-specific discounts or promotions unless expressly stated by the Promoter. Offer subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn or varied at any time. 5. Prize Details: Prize: One (1) BMW G 310 R (RRP $6,990 + ORC), includes on-road costs. The prize is not transferable to cash. The winner must take receipt of the G 310 R. At the winner’s request, the equivalent cost of the G 310 R (RRP $6,990 + ORC) may be credited towards the purchase of an alternative BMW motorcycle at RRP, payable at the same authorised dealer; no cash change will be given if the alternative is of lesser value. 6. Draw & Winner Notification: Draw will take place on or about 5 April 2026 at the Promoter’s offices or via a compliant electronic random draw. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, the prize may be redrawn. The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name, town, and dealership subject to consent. 7. Verification: Proof of purchase and identity may be required. Entries are automatically recorded by the dealer at sale; one entry per motorcycle purchased. 8. General: The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond its control. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. 9. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used to administer the promotion and may be shared with authorised BMW Motorrad dealers. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable NZ privacy laws. 10. Exclusions: Demonstrator, used, or pre-registered vehicles are excluded unless explicitly stated. Business purchases intended for resale may be excluded. 11. Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
